SHIPPING


The majority of Eugenia Chan pieces is handmade-to-order and requires approximately 2-3 weeks of production (please note due to COVID this has been extended) as soon as payment is received, plus shipping time. For any urgent requests, please email eugeniachanjewelry@gmail.com before placing your order.

* Currently due to COVID, Gold plated or Vermeil items are experiencing heavy delays in production. Orders cannot be cancelled or be refunded during the wait time as orders are put into production after the order is placed. Once the order has arrived, a request for refund may be submitted and will be at Eugenia Chan's discretion.  

Please note: Eugenia Chan is not responsible for any lost or stolen items that may occur during transit, thank you for your understanding. If you would like to choose a different shipping carrier, please email eugeniachanjewelry@gmail.com.

Important: International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes that Eugenia Chan is not responsible for – it is up to the buyer to look over these potential fees. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods listed on the website, or shipping costs. Eugenia Chan is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on the international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
